i purchased this tv panasonic viera tc-p42x3 42-inch 720p plasma hdtv]] basically so i could receive netflix wireless. before getting i known as panasonic customer service and was told it had been established for what i wished to do with it. upon receiving the set and could not get any net service i was told that i had to buy another adapter, $90.00, that i did. still no netflex. then was told my it had been in all probability mt wireless router that was causing the matter. got another new on and still no luck. bought a 3rd router and still no luck. once several calls between panasonic, verizon, netflix and netgear i finally bought another brand tv, plugged it in, established the wireless network and everything was fine. the panasonic is now going back. of all the various calls i made the customer department of panasonic was the worst. the tv itself worked excellent however the web half and customer service department left very-very much to be desired if you’re yearning for s0mething else the simply watching regular ty. panasonic tc-p42x3
