Listening to AC/DC’s Big Jack from the new album at two in the night is a feeling only another hardcore AC/DC fan can understand. So well, the world seems to have come far off ever since the last time I posted here. Indiana Jones was raped, the bailout plan was passed off by the American Congress, the economies everywhere took a titanic dive, Michigan lost to Toledo Rockets 10 against 13, the world knows a little more about how hardcore jerks these Republicans really are, everyone got a little closer to Halloween and the Gears of War 2 launch date, how the Indian Government consistently is sucking with the whole deal with maintaining secularity amongst the citizens, and so much more happened.
I saw this amazing movie starring Tom Hanks, called Charlie Wilson’s War. This is one movie that actually shows what really goes beyond the walls of international bureaucracy and foreign policy maintenance. In every single battle, there’s always this one side that creates the other, and calls it it’s fundamental enemy. That is exactly what the CIA did with the tribes of Afghanistan, Northern Pakistan, and Eastern Iraq during the Cold War. They had armed these guys with Soviet weapons, armored tanks & cars, and ammunition through Israeli and Egyptian weapons’ dealers to fight the red army. These tribes were fighting America’s battles against the Soviets, and this was a fight America fought from air conditioned operations centers based in and around Washington DC. They won!
But did they, really? The recent war at Afghanistan post 9/11, and the 9/11 incident in itself is a consequence of training the Middle-Eastern Asian rebels to fight battles. Seriously, what was the plan to retract these weapons and the training they had planted amongst the rebels. The whole deal shot back, and the war goes on. A war never ends, there is just a transition of the same to a newer era, and it stretches on and on. And there never is a winner, and neither is there ever a loser. The Allied Army, the Marines, and even neutral nations who had sent in martial help suffered loss of young lives, that could have been easily prevented if not for all the selfish white-collar crimes of the politicians. There has never been a true leader who has ever done collective good to the world. So, on a whole, the unified Earth government continues to suck.
